Objective: Learning how to balance negative and positive space

Using a word list and writing words that I associate with each pairing/word.

some trouble using the white and black space instead of just merging the two objects with some of my preliminary sketches

The work in progress helped me simplify different elements of my sketches and make sure each logo were balancing the positive and negative space of the two words for each word.
